What is the scoring system and how does it work?
You can activate the scoring system in surveys to measure your employees' performance and skills. You'll get an overall result you can use to set strategic and growth goals.
Using it is very simple: activate the "Add scoring" switch. As you add answer options, you can add the score with a value from -100 to 100.
When the survey is completed, you will be able to see the score achieved by your employees and compare it with the maximum possible score.
