What are supplements in payroll?
Supplements are determined by the company based on various circumstances, such as the work performed, results achieved, or assistance provided to the employee. They are paid alongside the salary to employees with a specific frequency and in a certain currency for various reasons.
For example, a transportation allowance that is paid monthly or a commission for a sale that may be paid once.
