What is the recommended format for documents to use the Advanced Signature?
The documents selected for signature must have a maximum size of 14 MB and be in PDF format.
If you have problems uploading documents, it is probably because of the size of the document. For this reason, we recommend uploading files with low-quality images, a limit of 300 pages (if there are no images or charts), and a maximum of 30 pages if you have images with a resolution of 300 dpi.
