How do I purchase and configure the Sesame WhatsApp Add-on?

1. Add Sesame WhatsApp* to your plan

 

To include Sesame WhatsApp in your plan, simply follow these steps:

  • From the Administrator view, go to the Plans & Pricing section.
  • Select the Sesame WhatsApp add-on. You’ll be able to complete the payment automatically. Just click Update plan and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once the transaction is completed, you’ll be able to activate and configure Sesame WhatsApp.

 

2. Configure Sesame WhatsApp

 

To start configuring the Sesame WhatsApp Add-on, go to Configuration >> Devices and enable Sesame WhatsApp.

Once activated, the phone number that employees need to save on their mobile devices to start clocking in/out with Sesame WhatsApp will automatically appear in the Integrations section.

 

Please note that if you have multiple companies created within your Sesame account, you’ll need to follow these steps for each company in your group. However, the main company will already have this configuration enabled by default.
