Can I configure who receives notifications about shift changes?

Of course you can! You can easily configure who will receive notifications. Go to Configuration >> Automations >> Notifications, and enable the option "Notify employees about shift changes". By activating this automation, you will be able to decide whether the employee affected by the shift change will be notified, and how: by email, push notification on the phone, or both.

In addition, you can choose which other roles within Sesame will receive the notification, always via email. You can configure it so that any role, whether specific (Manager, Workplace administrator, or Department administrator) or general (Owner, General administrator, or HR), can receive the notification.
