What are the states of an announcement?

Announcements have 4 possible states:

Draft

Once you start writing, your announcement will automatically be saved as a draft. In this state, you can modify the following:

  • title,
  • content,
  • cover,
  • push notification text,
  • recipients,
  • attachments,
  • publication date and time.

 

Scheduled

Set an announcement's publication date and time, and it will automatically be saved as scheduled. In this state, you can modify the following:

  • title,
  • content,
  • cover,
  • push notification text,
  • recipients,
  • recurrence,
  • attachments.

 

Recurring

Set the publication date and time for an announcement, as well as the recurrence of the publication, and it will automatically be saved as recurring. In this state, you can modify the following:

  • title,
  • content,
  • cover,
  • push notification text,
  • recipients,
  • recurrence,
  • attachments.

 

Published

Publish an announcement, and it will automatically be saved as published. In this state, you can modify the following:

  • title,
  • announcement content,
  • cover.
