Where can I configure the location to clock in/out?
If your company requires location access to clock in/out, make sure to configure it correctly based on the device you're using:
- If you're using the website: open Sesame's URL in your browser, go to the browser settings, select the Location option and enable it.
- If you're using the app: go to your mobile settings, find Sesame under Apps, and ensure location access is enabled.
If, after configuring the location, the problem persists, contact your administrator to review the general configuration.
