Are whistleblowers in the loop on the status of their complaints?

Yes, they are informed about the status of their complaints in real time. 

Within each complaint, the system manager can change the status of the complaint. The status can be changed from New to In Process, Declined or Processed. Each time the status of a complaint is changed, a message is sent to whistleblowers.
