Can folders not visible to the employee be created in the Document Manager?
Yes, absolutely. When creating a folder, you can choose the "multiple folders per employee" option and enable the "Hide from employee" setting. This way, the folder will exist in the employee's profile but remain invisible to them. Only higher roles will have access to view it. You can use this hidden folder to store documents related to the employee, without them being able to see its contents.
