Can I add several employees at once?

You can create several employees at the same time if you need to. Sesame allows you to upload in bulk as many employees as you want. This saves you time and makes it quick, easy, and simple to create profiles for all your employees.

On the dashboard, go to "Employees" and select "Add". Then click on the option "Employee import" and download the template. Fill it in and drop it so all employees can be loaded. In this template, you can also add some optional employee data to be registered in Sesame. 

Yes, you can add multiple employees at once. In fact, Sesame allows you to upload up to 500 users in a single upload. This way you'll be able to save time and create the profiles of the people who work for your company with no effort. 

Log in to your Sesame account, access to Employees and select Import. Then select one of the three available options: 

  1. Multiple employees or update their data: With this option you can import or update employees personal and employment data.
  2. Contract data: You will be able to import or update only employee contract data.
  3. Custom fields data: You have the option to update or fill out the custom fields you have created.

When you have chosen the type, you have to choose what you want to do with the template. These are your options: 

A. Download template

  • Download empty template: fill in data from scratch and upload the template. 
  • Download the template with data: update and complete the data you already have uploaded. 

 

B. Upload template

Regardless of the template you download, use this option to upload it will all fields filled out. 

If any option is not available, it is because you have not uploaded data yet.
