Can I flag a candidate as selected or discarded?

Yes! The Recruitment functionality allows you to modify the candidate's status. You will see that you can edit the default statuses as well as add new ones and move the candidate's file through the different categories according to their status. You can also schedule automatic emails to be sent to each of the statuses.
