How can I invite employees to Sesame?

We'll take care of it! You have nothing to worry about. Once you have registered your employees, they will receive an email explaining what Sesame is, how to access and their login credentials.

 

This is an action you can carry out individually or by grouping several employees.

Once you have uploaded the database, go to the Employees section, select one or more users, and click on Batch actions. There, you'll find a key option: Invite user. When you click on this option, the system will send an email to the employee or employees you have selected.

All they will need to do is click on Create password to access their account.
