Once you have assigned whistleblowers and allowed the whistleblowing channel to be visible, your team will be able to see at the bottom right of their "Employee Profile" the following link: "Go to the Whistleblower page".
Next, if whistleblowers want to send a complaint, they must click on "log out" to be able to access.
They must then choose between the "anonymous" or "not anonymous" option and fill in the form with the information corresponding to their complaint: reason and attachments (in case they have materials to prove the fact).
Once all the information has been filled in, it is time to click on "send" and receive the ID code to track their complaint.
*It is very important to keep the ID to be able to check the status of your complaint.
