How do I create shift types?

You can create as many shifts as you need in the Shifts functionality. Scroll down the availability table and click on "+Shifts - Create new shift". You have several options as you can edit an existing shift by selecting the pencil icon. Another option to create shifts is to start the process from Configuration > Schedules > Shifts.
