How to create shifts?
You can create as many shifts as your company requires and choose the number of employees you need to cover them.
There are two ways to create them, here you can check out both paths:
- Shifts >> Availability table >> + Shifts >> Create new shift
- Configuration >> Schedules >> Shifts >> Add shifts
Regardless of which path you followed, in order to create a new shift, you need to enter its name, abbreviation, and identifying colour.
Then set a start and end time. You can add as many time slots as you need. Once you are done, click on “Create shift”.
Do you want to assign a particular break to the employees who got this new shift assigned? You can do it by clicking on the “Breaks” column (if you follow the second path).
