How to install your Whistleblowing Channel?
Plans: Time, Advanced, HR Starter, HR Professional and HR Enterprise.
You can install your whistleblowing channel in the Apps section.
To understand how the Whistleblowing Channel works, it is very important to clearly know the roles involved and what terms we use to refer to them:
● Employees, customers and suppliers will be Whistleblowers.
● The person managing these complaints will be the System Manager.
Attention! As this is a sensitive matter, only Owners will be able to install the Whistleblower Channel and assign the role of System Manager. It should be noted that it is not necessary for them to self-assign the role of System Administrator.
On the other hand, only System Administrators will be able to view the Whistleblowing Channel in their menu.
