Problems solving
What are validations and how can I set them up?
The system can send employees a daily or monthly clock in/out report for them to review and confirm that the time worked is correct or ask for corrections if necessary.
The sending can be automatic or manual and the employee will receive an email from which they can approve them or, on the contrary, be redirected to their clock ins/outs to request the corrections they need.
You can set this up in Configuration >> Automations >> Validations.
- Select the roles that can manage validations.
- Choose the validation period, which can be monthly, weekly, or daily.
- Set a date and time for sending the validation report to employees.
- Enable reminder emails and set the number of days before a second email is sent to ensure employees don’t forget to submit their clock ins/outs for validation.
- Enable a date for automatic validation.
