What automations can I set up?
You can set up automations in the following categories: Clock ins/outs, notifications, validations, user accesses and section visibility. Inside each category, you'll be able to automate several actions.
To access these settings you need to go to Configuration >> Automations.
- Clock ins/outs: clock ins/outs at the end of the day, rounding off, blocking clock ins/outs before the start of the day, IP restrictions, details about clock ins/outs modifications.
- Notifications: alerts before the start of the working day, alerts before the end of the working day, alerts for missing assignments of tasks, courtesy minutes, and missed clock ins/outs.
- Validations: employee validation of their clock ins/outs
- User accesses: restrictions that apply to the validation of requests, employee profile editing, editing or accepting clock ins/outs, creating employees for lower roles, and approving vacation requests, among others.
- Section visibility: view of who's in to employees or limitation of view, view of the timeline to all employees or limitation of view, view of holiday calendar, display of statistics, restrictions on clock ins/outs validations, view on configurable sections.
