What do the shift icons mean?

The meaning of the different icons and tags on the shifts

In the Shifts section, you will see different icons depending on the configuration of each employee.

  • Holidays

Employees who have a suitcase icon on a day mean that they have a holiday or leave day associated with their calendar. However, you can add a shift above the absence, save, and publish this shift but note that the user will see the absence in their Timetable section.

  • Time off

Those employees who have a clock icon mean that they have time off that day and will not have any hours assigned to them that day. However, you can add a shift over the time off, and save and publish this shift, but please note that the user will see the time off in their Timetable section.

  • Public Holidays

If the user has a public holiday by the calendar, the icon will be a red calendar. In this way, you will be able to differentiate that it is a holiday assigned to that employee. However, you can add a shift over the time off, and save and publish this shift, but keep in mind that the user will see the time off in their Timetable section.

  • Blue information icon

In case the employee has a shift marked in the upper right corner marked in red it means that these days are selected, they could be selected to delete, publish, or save these changes. You will also see a blue "i" icon which will mean that changes are pending to be published.

  • Abbreviations

You will see that the days of the week are abbreviated to make them easier to see. For example, S1 stands for Saturday 1.
