What is a 9-box evaluation, and how can I create one?
With a 9-box evaluation, you will be able to assess an employee's performance and potential using a 9-cell matrix, which allows you to identify the talent and needs of your team.
How to create performance and potential evaluations? Once you open the create evaluation modal, select Create with template >> 9 box
In order to streamline this process, you will find potential and performance questionnaires already created. You will only have to set them up:
- Questionnaire title
- Who are you going to evaluate?
- Who will be the evaluators?
- Schedule the sending
In addition, before submitting your evaluation, you will be able to preview it.
