Problems solving
What is a Potential and Performance evaluation, and how can I create one?
Potential and performance evaluations allow you to assess the potential and performance of employees based on feedback from managers, colleagues, and their own self-evaluation.
How to create performance and potential evaluations? Once you open the create evaluation modal, select Create with template >> Potential and performance.
The system will create the evaluation from a predefined template, but you will be able to modify anything you want to personalise the questionnaire. Start by writing the title of your evaluation and a brief description. Then, go through each of the preset questions and make the necessary changes.
Next, assign the employees you wish to evaluate and their evaluators (define them based on their working relationship with the employees being evaluated).
In the summary section, you will be able to review the assignment and continue with the evaluation configuration.
Once you have added the evaluators, go back to the “Questionnaire” tab and assign them to each question clicking on “Select evaluators for this question”. If you don’t assign an evaluator to each question, you won’t be able to send the evaluation.
Finally, schedule the sending.
