What is the difference between Groups, Workplaces, and Departments?
There are two key differences between Groups, Workplaces, and Departments: customisation and nesting.
Regarding customisation, Groups allow you to bring people together based on criteria you decide, regardless of where they are or which department or workplace they belong to. For example, you can create a group for the marketing team, another for those working in the warehouse, and another for the evening shift staff… the possibilities are endless!
As for nesting, you can create as many groups as you need and up to 5 levels of subgroups. This way, you can clearly, organised, and hierarchically view all the people working in the company.
What’s the result? A customised team map that will allow you to make faster decisions with more information.
