Problems solving
Why am I not able to compensate?
Compensate for overtime worked
Cause
Users who do not have overtime will have the Compensate field in "Overtime balance" limited as they will not be able to compensate hours they do not have available.
Solution
If employees have overtime available, it can be compensated from the Overtime balance by selecting the type of compensation. Remember that in order to compensate overtime, users should ideally have the previous month's clock ins/outs validated.
