How does supervisor assignment work in a Boost model?

By assigning supervisors, you can share and manage your models with the help of key team members. Here’s how it works.

Go to the “Configuration” section of any model you’ve created or are currently creating. Open the “Supervisors” tab. Click “Add supervisor” and use the pop-up window to select the employees you want to assign. That’s it!

Keep in mind:

  • The person who created the model is automatically assigned as a supervisor. This person can only be removed once another supervisor has been assigned, each model must always have at least one supervisor.
  • Currently, only employees with a General role in Sesame can be selected as supervisors.

What can supervisors do? Employees assigned as supervisors will see the model in their own Boost list and will be able to manage it just like the creator, including editing, viewing results, and managing participants.

What if I want to remove a supervisor? Just click the bin icon next to their name in the supervisor list. You can also remove yourself, as long as you’ve already assigned another supervisor (and yes, even if you remove yourself, you'll still have access to the model).

Last but not least, in the Models list, you can always see who created each questionnaire, as well as the creation date. This helps you quickly identify the origin of any model at a glance.
