What can I see in the Engagement model’s Results section?

From the Results section, you’ll be able to see all your team’s responses to the models you’ve launched, organized into three main blocks to make analysis easier. Here’s what you’ll find in each of them:

Competencies

This first block focuses on the thematic areas you’re evaluating (self-efficacy, adaptation and belonging, team culture, overall engagement, psychological safety, and manager leadership).

  • Summary cards: first, you’ll see a card for each competency. These cards include a quick summary with the average score obtained and a short explanation that interprets the result.
  • In-depth analysis: next, in the "Average by competency" section, you’ll find a breakdown of each question. For each one, you'll see:
    • The specific score it received.
    • The percentage of participants who responded.
    • A color bar that visually displays the distribution of responses.

Additionally, you can click on each question to open the detailed view and see each participant’s individual responses.

Heat map

The second block helps you compare results between different departments at a glance. You’ll see a table where the rows represent the competencies and the columns represent the departments. Each cell is color-coded based on the average score, allowing you to quickly identify each team’s strengths and areas for improvement.

Ranking

This last section focuses on employee results, both overall and individually. It’s divided into two parts:

  1. Team distribution: a bar chart showing how many employees fall into each score level. This helps you understand how scores are distributed overall.
  2. Employee table: a detailed list of each participant with their average scores by competency and their overall average. A search bar is also available in case you need to look for someone specific.

⚠️ You can click on any cell to view detailed information. For example, if you click on an employee’s score for a specific competency, you’ll be able to see all their responses to the questions in that block.
