How can I assign roles if I manage a group of companies?
If you have access to several companies within the same group from your Sesame account, you can assign roles from one single place.
Go to Company >> Group >> Roles, and follow these steps:
- Select the company where the employee was created.
- Find the employee in the list and click on their name.
- On the right-hand side, select the company you want to assign them to (this can be the same company where they were originally created or a different one).
- Choose the role the employee will have in that company.
- Save the changes.
