How can I see which groups or employees are managed by a role holder?

In each employee's profile, the assigned role tags are interactive, allowing you to quickly see what they manage.

How does it work?

1. Go to Employees >> [Employee name] >> Profile >> Roles.

2. If the employee holds a role, you'll see a tag with the name of the role. Click on it.

3. A dropdown will appear, showing what that employee manages in that role, whether it's:

  • People
  • Departments
  • Workplaces
  • Groups
  • The entire company

4. Use the filters and search bar to quickly find what you're looking for.

To unassign someone as a role holder, simply click the “X” on the role tag.
