Can I send a request to have my overtime compensated?

It depends on whether your company has enabled this feature. If it has, you can request compensation directly from Statistics, choosing whether you prefer time off, pay, or both (depending on your policy settings).

Bear in mind that the request may be pending approval from an administrator or manager, or be applied automatically, depending on how your company has configured it.

As soon as you create the request, the hours are reserved. This way, your available balance always reflects reality, and you can never commit more time than you have.

While it's pending, you can edit or delete the request. If the request is rejected, the hours become available again.

Can't see the option to request compensation? This means your company hasn't enabled direct requests from employees. In that case, you'll need to ask your manager to manage your balance manually.
