How can I launch a model?
Launching a model with Boost is very simple. In the main menu, you’ll find two sections for each type: "Engagement" and "Performance".
When you enter either section, you’ll first see an overview with KPIs and a table containing all previously created models. To start a new one:
- Click the "Launch model" button.
- Use the preview option to read and review the predefined question blocks.
- In the"Configuration" tab, assign the employees you want: you can select the entire company, specific departments, or individual employees.
- Finally, decide whether you want to launch the questionnaire immediately or schedule it for later.
- Once everything is ready, simply click "Publish"!
