How to create a new contract?
You can create a new contract in four simple steps in the Employees section. With this process, you will be able to gather more information related to contracts, align it with current legislation, and include contractual data registered in a3innuva.
1. Contract data. Add the type of contract you are assigning to your employee.
2. Job position. In this second step you define your employee's responsibilities.
3. Time worked. In this section, you need to add information about the number of hours your employee is required to work according to their contract and how these hours are distributed throughout the week.
If the "Legal maximum annual hours" is defined in the labour agreement, linking the agreement will automatically fill in the field.
4. Other variables. Enter all other data affecting the contract to collect all information in in this section, for instance, employee's degree, comments, or probation period.
The mandatory fields to be included in the creation of the contract are the type of contract, start date, job position, type of working day, hours per week, and probation period.
