How can I invite employees to Sesame?
Inviting new employees to join your company’s Sesame account is very simple.
You have two options: manual or automatic. No matter which one you choose, both will do the same thing, send the employee an email so they can create their password and access their account.
Manual invite
If you prefer full control, this option is for you. You can send invitations manually:
- To one employee: when creating an employee, activate the option "Send invitation to Sesame by email" found in step 1.
- To multiple employees: go to the "Employees" section, select several users, and click on "Bulk actions". There, you’ll find the option "Invite user".
Automatic invite
If you’d rather speed up your day-to-day work, set up this option to automatically send invitations every time you enable an employee.
- Go to Automations >> User accesses.
- Activate the toggle next to "Send invitation to the user when they are enabled in the system".
Important
You only need to configure this once; from then on, Sesame will automatically send invitations whether you enable one employee or several at a time.
