How can I edit the "Basic information" of a role?
Want to change the name or description of a role? It’s easy!
Find the role you want to modify in the "Roles and accesses" table. Click the quick-action button (three dots) and select "Edit information". You can change the role name and add a description to remind yourself of its purpose.
Keep in mind that each role must have a unique name. This makes it easy to find whenever you need it!
Changes are saved automatically, so when you’re done, just close the window.
Keep in mind
You cannot modify the name or description of Default General and Specific Roles. You can only do this for custom roles.
