How can I request a change of person in charge if I’ve already started the account opening process?

Only one person can manage the account creation at a time. As soon as a general role user or an invited employee clicks Start, the view changes for everyone else with access. Instead of the start button, they will see Account opening in progress, showing the name and photo of the person currently handling the process.

 

 

To request a change of person in charge, follow these steps:
 

Step 1: Submit the request

  • On the Account opening in progress screen, click If you want to carry out the process with your user, send a request from Here.
  • A confirmation window will open. Click Continue to confirm. Your request will be recorded with Pending status.

 

Step 2: Wait for approval

The person currently managing the process will receive a prompt to accept or reject your request.

  • If the request is accepted: 
    • You’ll receive a notification. Click it to go straight to Wallet and continue the process from the start.
    • The other person will lose access to the account opening process.
       
  • If the request is rejected: 
    • You’ll receive a notification informing you of the rejection.
    • The other person will continue with the process, and you’ll see the Account opening in progress view again.

 

⚠️ If a higher role requests ownership from an invited employee, the transfer happens automatically and does not require the employee’s approval.
