What does it mean when my Wallet account opening process is “Pending verification”?
Once you’ve filled in all the information and uploaded the required documents, your process will move to the "Pending verification" status.
If the system detects any errors or missing documents, you’ll receive a notification and be able to upload them again from the "Documentation" status. Remember to click "Request review" once you’ve uploaded the files.
When all your documents have been successfully verified, you’ll be able to start managing Wallet. If your request is rejected, you’ll need to restart the account opening process.
