What documents will I need to complete the process?

The documents you’ll need to submit will vary depending on the type of organization your company is:

  • If you’re a company: you’ll need the Certificate of Beneficial Ownership (UBO) and a Sworn Statement for Beneficial Owners.
  • If you’re an association or charity: you’ll only need the Minutes of the General Meeting.
  • If you’re a joint ownership: you must provide the NIF Accreditation Card and the Appointment Documents.

Additionally, whenever the account holder is marked as an authorized signatory, you’ll be asked to upload both the "Power of Attorney signed by the Legal Representative" and the "Legal Representative’s ID document" (in color).
