What are Managed and how can I assign them?

In Sesame, the assignment of Managed users is done by each role Holder, not by the role itself. This means that, to assign Managed users, you should follow these steps:

  1. Find the "Holders" column in the "Roles and accesses" table and click on it.
  2. In the window that opens, find the Holder to whom you want to assign a Managed user.
  3. Click on the "Manages" column next to the selected Holder. Then, you can select what the Holder manages.

A Holder can manage specific employees, one or several workplaces, departments, or groups, and even the entire company.

When you are done, simply close the assignment window. Changes will be saved automatically.
