I want to assign holidays, but the system does not allow me to
If the system does not allow you to assign holidays, check the following:
- If the error "The selected date is not available with the chosen configuration" appears, make sure the employee has a schedule assigned for the day on which you want to assign the holiday.
- If the employee has a schedule assigned, check that there is no other time off programmed for that same day.
If the problem persists, contact our support team to report the issue.
