Why can't I see the Company results of an anonymous survey?
When a survey has anonymity enabled, results are only shown if a minimum number of responses has been reached, in order to protect the privacy of the people who took part.
If the survey has 5 or fewer people assigned and responded, you will not see the results, as there are not enough responses.
How results adapt to anonymity
Once the minimum is exceeded, results adapt to anonymity in every section. At the top of Company results, you will always see a notice reminding you that the survey is anonymous and that some data may not be available.
- Distribution by Workplace, Department, or Group and Heat Map. Areas that do not reach 6 responses do not display a score: they appear in grey at the bottom of the list, in alphabetical order, with a label explaining the reason.
- Heat Map by employee. Data is sorted by overall score, but without names, departments, or avatars. You will only see scores, no data that could be used to identify the evaluated employees.
- Question detail. Responses are shown grouped by option with their percentage, regardless of the question type (single choice, range, satisfaction, star rating, organizational chart, or multiple choice). It is not possible to see who chose what.
- Open-text questions show "Anonymous" as the name of the person who responded.
- List of pending questionnaires. The list appears in alphabetical order without indicating whether each person has responded or not.
