What is the QTSP logo?
The QTSP logo (Qualified Trust Service Provider) identifies companies that have been certified as trusted providers of services such as electronic signatures.
In the case of Sesame, the QTSP logo appears on all documents signed using the Advanced Signature feature, which we offer through our trusted provider, Signaturit.
When is the QTSP logo added?
The QTSP logo is added to a document only after all parties involved in the signing process have completed their signatures, never before.
In this context, the logo serves to:
- Guarantee that the document has not been altered after signing.
- Provide legal validity, as documents bearing the QTSP logo are legally binding and officially recognized (subject to Signaturit's conditions).

What information does the QTSP logo include?
The QTSP logo may include the following details:
- The electronic signature request ID.
- The exact date and time (UTC) when the document was signed.
- The QTSP (Qualified Trust Service Provider) logo of Signaturit, our trusted provider.
Can I choose where the logo is placed?
At this time, it is not possible to move or change the position of the QTSP logo in electronically signed documents. We recommend adjusting the document layout in advance to ensure the logo does not overlap or obscure any important information.
