What data can I see in "Labour"?
In this section, you can see how your workforce has evolved from a contractual and compensation perspective, with information on contracts, deactivations, tenure, and salaries, among other data.
The data shown here comes from Employees >> [name] >> Contracts.
General conditions for the "Labour" section
For an employee to appear in the charts in this section, the following conditions must be met:
- The employee must be included in one of the companies, workplaces, departments, or groups selected in the filters.
- The employee can be active or disabled/inactive to appear in the chart (deleted employees are excluded).
- For a contract to appear in the chart, its status can be future, current, or expired (deleted contracts are excluded).
Contract starts and ends

This chart shows how hiring (green) and deactivations (red) have evolved over a period of time.
Each hire or deactivation, whether due to contract expiry or employment leave, is added in the month in which the contract status changed. For example, if a contract changes status in January (and that month falls within the period selected in the filters), that hire will be added to January's hiring bar.
An employee may appear more than once if their contract changed status on several occasions during the selected period.
The Turnover Rate is a percentage (%) that indicates what proportion of the workforce needed to be replaced during the selected period. A high rate means a lot of people are leaving; a low rate means the team is stable.
How is the Turnover Rate calculated?
- Total deactivations: the sum of expired contracts that the administrator has deactivated by editing the end date or through the deactivation prompt.
- Average active employees: calculated by adding the number of active employees at the start and one day after the selected period, then dividing the result by two.
- ×100: to get the turnover rate, simply complete the formula by multiplying ×100.
Tenure of deactivated employees
This chart shows the average length of time employees stay at the company before leaving.
The following time intervals are used:
- 0–1 year
- 1–3 years
- 3–5 years
- 5–10 years
The calculation is made by adding up the days from the contract start date to the contract end date, whether due to employment leave or contract expiry.
The legend below the chart shows the average time (expressed in days, months, and years) that employees remain at the company.
Deactivations by type

This chart shows a breakdown of completed contracts by deactivation type and reason:
- Voluntary: geographical relocation, salary improvement, leave of absence, etc.
- Involuntary: dismissal, end of contract, probation period not passed, etc.
- Mutual agreement and contract termination.
For an employee to appear in this chart, they must have a deactivation type assigned.
Contract types

This chart shows all contract types on record (freelancer substitution contract, interim contract, work placement agreement, etc.), giving you an overview of how many contracts belong to each type within a specific period of time.
Average salary by gender and level

This chart shows the average gross annual salary of employees by gender (male, female, non-binary) within a period of time.
The vertical axis shows contribution groups; the horizontal axis shows salaries in predefined intervals.
For an employee to appear in this chart:
- They must have a gender assigned.
- They must have a salary assigned.
The calculation uses the employee's current salary to calculate the average for their contribution group (gross annual salary).
Average salary

This chart shows the average gross annual salary of your employees over a specific period of time, segmented by Workplace, Department, and Group.
For an employee to appear in this chart, they must have a salary assigned.
The calculation uses the employee's current salary to calculate the average for their contribution group (gross annual salary).
