What is "Positions in the company", and what is it for?

Positions in the company is the section from which you can organise and manage your company's role structure. You can create positions with their levels, define the salary range and reporting line for each level, and see who occupies each one.

You'll find it in the side menu >> Company >> Positions in the company. Within the section, you'll find 3 views:

  1. Positions in the company: create and manage your positions catalogue, edit positions, mark them as favourites, and identify at a glance those with incomplete configuration.

  2. Position tree: visualise how your company's positions relate to their levels.

  3. People: see who occupies each level and compare their salary against the defined salary range. You can also view people who have no position assigned.

Access to Positions in the company

People with an Owner, Admin, or HR profile can access this section, or anyone with the corresponding access enabled in their role configuration. Manager and employee profiles do not have visibility over this section.
