What are the Default General roles?

These are the Default General roles that you will find in Sesame:

  • Owner. The Owner manages Sesame's account. Their access level is full, and they have complete visibility over all employees. This is the only role that must always have an assigned Holder.
  • General Administrator. The General Administrator can access the company's configuration, create departments, workplaces, and workgroups, as well as add new schedules.
  • HR Administrator. The HR Administrator is in charge of managing the company's time, talent, and employees.
