If I request a password change and don't receive any email with the modification link, what should I do?
If you don't receive the email to change your password, check the following:
- Make sure that your email address is correct before making the request.
- Check your spam.
- Check your email settings to make sure the Sesame domain is not blocked.
If, after checking these, you still don't receive the email, contact your company's administrator to review your access email.
