What data can I see in "Team"?
This section gives you a complete snapshot of your workforce, with information on how many employees you have, along with breakdowns by gender, age, nationality, job title, salary, and seniority.
The data shown here comes from the Employees section.
Some charts in this section are calculated by taking a "snapshot" of each employee at the current moment, while others show historical trends. When a chart covers a historical period, employees who are no longer active will still appear if they were active at any point during the selected period.
General conditions for the "Team" section
For an employee to appear in the charts in this section, the following conditions must be met:
- Active status. Only employees with "Active" status are counted. Disabled or inactive employees are not included.
- Not deleted. Employees who have been deleted from the system will not appear, unless the deletion occurred after the date you are viewing.
- Registered by the date being viewed. Only employees whose registration date is on or before the date you are viewing are counted. Employees registered after that date will not appear.
Employees

This chart shows how many employees you have (as a number) and how they are distributed by gender (as bars).
Gender data is pulled from Employees >> [name] >> Personal details >> Gender. The categories and their identifying colours in the chart are: male (blue), female (purple), non-binary (yellow), and unknown (white).
Below the chart, you'll find the workforce growth percentage over the last quarter, calculated by comparing the number of active employees today with the number from 3 months ago.
Gender

This chart shows the current gender composition of your team, as well as how it has changed over time.
The chart on the left shows the exact percentage for each gender at the current moment (or during the selected period). The chart on the right shows how these figures have evolved and trended over time.
For an employee to appear in this chart, they must have selected an option that identifies their gender. Employees who have not selected any option are included under "unknown".
Average team age

This chart shows the current average age (or the average during the period selected in the filters) of your employees. It is made up of three elements:
- The number on the right is your team's average age today.
- The bar chart shows how the average age has changed month by month.
- The indicator below the chart tells you whether your team's average age has increased or decreased over the past year.
Average team age is calculated from the date of birth recorded in Employees >> [name] >> Personal details >> Date of birth.
Please note that the number on the right is calculated using currently active employees, whereas the bar chart includes all employees who had an active contract during the selected time period.
For an employee to appear in this chart, their date of birth must be recorded. Employees without a date of birth are not included in the calculation.
Employees by Workplace, Department, and Group

This chart shows how your workforce is distributed across the different Workplaces, Departments, and Groups you have created.
Use the buttons in the top left to switch between the different organizational units. If you hover your cursor over the chart, the figures will show you how many active employees there are in each organizational unit.
For an employee to appear in this chart, they must be assigned to a Workplace, Department, or Group.
Gender by Workplace, Department, and Group

This chart shows the gender composition of the workforce within each Workplace, Department, or Group.
Age ranges

This chart shows how employees are distributed across standard age ranges:
- 18 to 25
- 26 to 35
- 36 to 45
- 46 to 55
- 55 and over
For an employee to appear in this chart, their date of birth must be recorded. Employees without a date of birth are not included in the calculation.
Generations

This chart classifies your employees by generation (Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, Generation Z) based on their year of birth.
Unlike other charts, this one has a two-level structure:
Level 1 – Generations. Shows the number of employees within each generation: Millennials, Generation X, Baby Boomers, etc.
Level 2 – Year of birth within the generation. Lets you see the specific year within each generation in which employees were born.
For an employee to appear in this chart, their date of birth must be recorded. If a generation has no employees (for example, the Silent Generation), it will not appear in the chart.
Employees by year of birth

This chart shows how many employees were born in each year.
For an employee to appear in this chart, their date of birth must be recorded. Employees without a date of birth are not included in the calculation.
Employees by nationality

This chart shows the international diversity of your workforce, grouping employees by nationality.
Only employees who have filled in the "Nationality" field are counted. If an employee has dual nationality (for example, ES and FR), they will be included in both categories. For this reason, the total number of employees by nationality may be higher than the overall headcount.
Employee tenure

This chart shows how long your employees have been with the company, grouped by tenure range.
The system calculates each employee's tenure based on their active contract(s): it takes the start date of the earliest contract, calculates the difference in days up to the current date, and deducts any periods without an active contract. The result is expressed in years, months, and days.
Only employees with a current contract on the date being viewed are counted.
Most recent employees (top 5)

This section shows a list of the 5 employees who most recently joined your company, including their name, start date, and job title.
Longest-serving employees (top 5)

This section shows a list of the 5 employees who have been with the company the longest. Again, you can see their name, start date, and job title.
Tenure of deactivated employees
This chart shows employees who have left the company and how long they worked there before doing so. The information is presented in the following ranges:
- 1–3 years (between 365 and 1,094 days)
- 3–5 years (between 1,095 and 1,824 days)
- 5–10 years (between 1,825 and 3,649 days)
- More than 10 years (more than 3,650 days)
Only employees with a completed contract and a recorded deactivation date within the selected date range are counted. For a deactivation to appear in the chart, the contract status must be current or expired (future and deleted contracts are excluded).
Employees by salary range

This chart groups employees by gross annual salary, showing how many fall within each range. For privacy reasons, employee names are not displayed; only the number of people in each bracket.
If an employee has no salary recorded, they will not appear in this chart even if their status is active.
The system uses the employee's current salary for the calculation; that is, the most recently recorded salary marked as active in the system.
Distribution by job title

This chart shows how many employees hold each position or job title in the company, ordered from highest to lowest count. A job title is the work role assigned to an employee that defines their primary function.
For an employee to appear in this chart, they must have a job title assigned.
