Can clock ins/outs be validated?
Clock ins/outs validation can be daily, weekly or monthly and automatic or manual.
Yes! As an administrator, you can configure the clock ins/outs validation option from Automations section in the account settings. Here you can activate clock ins/outs validation which can be daily, weekly, or monthly and automatic or manual.
Once activated, employees will receive an email with all the clock ins/outs they have registered during the specified period. They will be able to accept these clock ins/outs or request changes to them from their email.
When you activate the validation, a new tab will appear in clock ins/outs > Validations where you can see the approval that users make of their clock ins/outs in the email they will receive with all the clock ins/outs of the period. From here you will be able to see the status and resend the email if needed.
