Problems solving
How can I create public holidays calendars?
To create a calendar follow this path Configuration > Calendars > Public holidays and click on the icon .
To create a calendar, name it and configure it. The first step is to decide the compensation coefficient. For example, you can set it that employees can request 2 days off in compensation for each holiday worked.
Set the multiplier you want and proceed.
In the second step of the configuration, you need to make two more decisions:
- Decide whether to enable the button that requires employees to submit a request when they want to work on a holiday and compensate it for another day (or days as configured), or if they will self-manage.
- Enable the expiration of compensation and set an expiration date by which employees can request the day or days configured in the first step.
