How can I manage my groups?

Once you have created the group, you can manage it using the quick actions button. This button will allow you to: create subgroups; add employees and view the group map; move, duplicate, configure, and delete the group; and manage the group leaders.

1. View, search, and sort groups

From the Group management table, you can easily and quickly manage all the main groups and subgroups you have created.

The table displays the group's name and avatar, the Group ID, and the number of employees belonging to that group, including those in the subgroups.

Use the search bar to find a specific group. Need to review the details of a group? Click the dropdown button next to the name to see all the subgroups it contains.

Please note: For now, you can only create up to 5 levels of groups.

2. Edit and delete groups

To edit a group's information, locate it, click on the quick actions button, then select “Configure” and make any changes you want. Got it? Be sure to click the “Save” button before exiting.

To delete a group, look for the “Delete” option. Please note that if you delete a group, all its information and subgroups will be erased. Additionally, any employees assigned to that group will no longer belong to any group. Therefore, we recommend reassigning employees to another group before taking this action.

3. Move groups

In the quick actions button, select  “Move” and choose the destination group. Done! All the content will be moved to the group you selected.

4. Duplicate a group’s structure

Want to replicate a group structure? Use the “Duplicate” option to create an exact copy of an existing group, including all its subgroups and hierarchy. This way, you can save time and effort by building a structure from one that already exists.

Follow these steps:

  • Identify the group you want to duplicate.
  • Click on the quick actions button and select “Duplicate.
  • Assign a name to the group.

And that’s it! The system will create a new group with the duplicated structure of the original. Please note that the new group will not have any employees assigned, so you will need to assign them yourself to complete the process.
