Batch actions are configurations that can be made for several users at the same time. In order to use this option you must have a higher role and go to the Employees section.
Once in Employees, you click on the circle in front of each user's name to select several users at the same time. When you have selected several users you will have a top menu from which you can make configurations for several users at the same time.
These actions are:
- Deactivate or activate user
- Delete user
- Invite user
- Assign schedule
- Assign public holiday calendar
