What data can I enter when creating a training?
When you begin coordinating the training sessions in your company, the first thing you need to do is create and set them up in the functionality panel.
Click on 'Create' and configure it. You will be able to fill in all these fields:
- Name
- Type of training
- Training description
- Duration
- Cost
- Currency
- Type (per course or per person)
- Start date
- End date
- Training institution
- Reimbursable (enable the switch) *
- % Reimbursable
- Company business name
- VAT
- Phone
- Teacher
Once you're done filling out all fields, create your training by clicking on Create.
Before displaying your training in the overview, Sesame will ask you whether you want to assign it to your employees now or later - it's up to you!
You can save time by completing the employee assignment. But don't worry, you can also add employees by clicking on the person icon (). You can also unassign them there.
