Problems solving
Why are employees not uploaded?
In Sesame, you can create multiple employees at once using the bulk upload template.
Below, we detail the possible reasons why this data might not be uploaded to the system:
- It is possible that the template has data that Sesame cannot detect because there are special characters.
- The document may have data for more than 500 users. Remember that Sesame can handle the creation of up to 500 users in the same upload.
- It is possible that you have an empty column with no data or a space after an email. Sometimes this happens automatically.
- The format of the document is not correct. The format of the document should not change after downloading it. We recommend adding the data with Microsoft Excel to avoid changes in the formatting.
- The contracted plan does not have more storage space and it is necessary to increase the number of contracted users. If you are on a free trial you can create up to 1000 users.
If you still have problems, you can always contact our support team to investigate what is happening.
